These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inspire Shift Consulting (“Inspire Shift”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) website and your booking of any training programme, workshop, event, or consultancy service with us. By registering for or attending any of our programmes, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

1. Our Services

Inspire Shift provides corporate training programmes, workshops, consultancy services, and related events, delivered in-person and/or online. Programme content, trainers, dates, and venues are as described on our website at the time of booking and may be subject to change as set out in Section 8.

2. Bookings and Registration

Bookings are made through our website’s ticketing and checkout system. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received (for online banking) or a valid purchase order / invoice arrangement has been agreed (for company invoice / HRD Corp claim bookings). Please ensure all attendee details (name, email, IC number, and job position, where requested) are accurate, as this information is used for registration, certification, and any related HRD Corp claim.

3. Payment Terms

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Online Banking / FPX (via toyyibPay) – payment is processed instantly through toyyibPay, a licensed Malaysian payment gateway. Your booking is confirmed automatically once payment is successful.
  • Company Invoice / HRD Corp Claim (Bank Transfer) – an invoice will be issued to your organisation, and payment is due via bank transfer within the timeframe stated on the invoice, which in any case must be settled no later than the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings under this method are provisional until payment is received.

All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

4. HRD Corp (HRDC) Claims

Where a booking is intended to be claimed under HRD Corp, it remains your organisation’s responsibility to verify your eligibility, scheme, and claim requirements with HRD Corp, and to submit the claim within HRD Corp’s stipulated timeframe. Inspire Shift will provide reasonable supporting documents (such as invoices, attendance records, and certificates of completion) to assist your claim, but does not guarantee that any claim will be approved by HRD Corp. Full payment remains due to Inspire Shift regardless of the outcome or timing of any HRD Corp claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 7 working days before the event date are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future programme, at your choice.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 working days before the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee, or offered as a credit towards a future programme at Inspire Shift’s discretion.
  • No-shows on the day of the event are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for payments made via toyyibPay will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds relating to Company Invoice / bank transfer bookings will be processed via bank transfer.

6. Substitutions

If a registered attendee is unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee from the same organisation at no extra charge, provided you notify us in writing before the event date so that registration and certification records can be updated accordingly.

7. Changes to Events by Inspire Shift

Inspire Shift reserves the right to reschedule, change the trainer or venue of, or cancel an event due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date at no extra cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentation slides, templates, and other content provided during our programmes remain the intellectual property of Inspire Shift or its trainers/licensors. Materials are provided for your personal or internal organisational reference only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without our prior written consent.

9. Code of Conduct

We expect all attendees to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards trainers, staff, and fellow participants. Inspire Shift reserves the right to remove any attendee from a programme, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire Shift’s liability arising from any booking or programme is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Inspire Shift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of business, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of our services or website.

11. Force Majeure

Inspire Shift shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or acts of third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
